Sarah was born in Belgium. From an early age, she practiced gymnastics, a discipline that gradually led her to dance. At the age of 12, she chose to study classical ballet at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp, her hometown. After two years, she entered the Brussels School of the Arts to train in contemporary dance. Afterwards, Sarah continues her studies at the Amsterdam University of the Arts (AHK), where she graduates with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Theatre Dance in 2019. During her third year, she worked with choreographer Marina Mascarell for the Dutch Dance Festival 2017 (Nederlandse Dansdagen). During the 2018-2019 season, she is awarded an apprentice contract at Skånes Dansteater in Sweden, where she performs works by David Hernandez, Roser López Espinosa, Laurence Yadi & Nicolas Cantillon, Hyerim Jang, and Fernando Melo.
Sarah joins the Ballet National de Marseille in September 2019.
