Léonard started his training at the Conservatoire de Montreuil, and continuted at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Paris. From 2017 to 2018, he joins the dance company 121 of Florence Guerin. He then enters the Ecole de danse de Genève where he dances for the Ballet Junior. He performs works by choreographers such as Hofesh Shechter, Roy Assaf, Marcos Morau, Olivier Dubois, Rachid Ouramdane, Emmanuel Gat.
In 2020, he joins the Ballet national de Marseille as an apprentice dancer.
