Franco-Italian, Hugo started dancing at the age of 4. He continued his apprenticeship by alternating school and national and international competitions in Acrobatic Rock and Boogie Woogie where he finished 7 times French Champion, 3rd in the World Cup in 2013, 5th in the European Championship in 2013 and 6th in the World Championship in 2010. In order to broaden his training to contemporary, classical and modern dance, Jean-Claude Gallotta directed him to Anne-Marie Porras with whom he continued his training until 2017 in Montpellier.
He met and worked with many artists, among which the choreographer Shahar Binyamini on his piece Ballroom and the piece Decadense by Ohar Naharin restaged for the Festpielhaus, Austria. He collaborated with the Ballet Béjart de Lausanne for Boléro in early 2020.
Since 2018, Hugo initiates projects for the company Casadine. His choreographic writing combines contemporary, dance theater, mime and swing. He created 1522, restaged in 2019 for the festival AlpsMove and the solo C'est pour ma pomme! on his passion for cooking, for which he won the 1st price at the Rencontres chorégraphiques in 2017.

In 2020 he participates in Dialogue, a project by Martina Marini presented at the festival AlpsMove and joins the Ballet national de Marseille as an apprentice dancer.
