Born in the Netherlands, Alida began her dance studies at the age of 12 at the Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam. Six years later, she joined Modern Theater Dance at the University of the Arts in Amsterdam. In December 2021, she joined the Ballet National de Marseille as an alternate dancer. Alida was promoted to dancer at the Ballet national de Marseille in 2022.
