I was born in Savoy and studied at the Carole Vergiat dance school in Roanne. In 2010, I joined the École National Supérieure de Danse in Marseille and then continued my training at the Jeune Ballet in Cannes.
My arrival at the Ballet National de Marseille in 2015 was linked to a desire to exceed my limits. I was immediately very impressed by the choreography in Extremalism because it involved going in search of profound emotions that require absolute concentration.
I now dance by systemically associating the mind and the body. Without involving thinking, the body is invisible to me. I associate the “body in revolt” with surpassing yourself, which is what we do every day at the Ballet National de Marseille. It’s a way of remaining on the alert, of finding your way. For a young dancer, it’s an intense and incredible experience that I’m learning from every day.
