I entered the École Nationale Supérieure de Danse de Marseille in 1994. In 1996, Roland Petit hired me in the Ballet National de Marseille. During this period, I met many great teachers such as Raymond Franchetti and Larrio Ekson. In 1998, when Marie-Claude Pietragalla took the direction of the BNM, she gave me many roles of soloist such as « Paris » in Romeo and Juliett (Rudy van Dantzig), Who Cares ? and Capriccio (George Balanchine), « Albrecht » in Giselle (Marius Petipa), le Grand Pas Classique (Victor Gsovsky), « James » in La Sylphide (Alain Bournonville), or the « pas-de-deux » of Don Quichotte (Marie-Claude Pietragalla from Marius Petipa). From then, I performed plays of Claude Brumachon, George Balanchine, Jérôme Robbins, Jilien Lestel, Natcho Duato et Thierry Malandain. In 2005, Frédéric Flamand was appointed director of the Ballet National de Marseille and chose me to perform his creation Metapolis II.
