Born in Coria del Río, Seville, Spain, in 1986, I started my career in C.A.D. (Centro Andaluz de Danza) (1998-2005) on an apprentice programme directed by Ramón Oller and Pilar Pérez. During this period I got a scholarship from C.A.D. to join I.T Danza in Barcelona, Spain. I continued my formation in D.A.N.C.E (2005-2007) - an apprentice programme directed by Wayne McGregor, William Forsythe, Frédéric Flamand and Angelin Preljocaj . During this period I was awarded two prizes in a choreographer contest in Madrid, Spain, for a solo work, Cartas para Wendy (2006), and a duet In2 (2007). In August 2007, I joined the Ballet National de Marseille directed by Frédéric Flamand and danced in Flamand’s répertoire. The following year, I joined Wayne McGregor | Random Dance and danced in Entity before to come back to Ballet National de Marseille in 2009.
