I was born in the Italian town of Putignano in 1983, I’ve been trained with Annalisa Bellini in Castellana Grotte. A the age of 18, I joined the Scuola del Balletto di Toscana run by Cristina Bozzolini. My contemporary dance training was perfected under Samuele Cardini in Florence. At 22, I was selected for D.A.N.C.E, the European dance training and professional insertion scheme run by William Forsythe, Frédéric Flamand, Wayne McGregor and Angelin Preljocaj. I joined the Ballet National de Marseille in 2007. Parallel to my career of dancer, I continue a personnal work of choreographer in collaboration with Angel Martinez Hernandez. Together, we received in 2007 an award at the Certamen Coreografico Internacioanl of Madrid for In2, short play integrated in the Cartes Blanches to the BNM’s dancers.
